had our class lunch today . went to breeks... we were contemplating whether to go to fish and co or not. then someone asked if anyone was allergic to fish...hahaha so funny :) we took lots of zo-cards from breeks. and their service was so slow... so stupid. they served us the food before giving us the cutlery. took so long to get the cutlery out too. sighs. so we took lots of zo-cards as ...well...
revenge? haha. sad thing was not the whole class turned up... and really i don't see what's so strange about eating chicken drumlets with a fork... :) anyway. we joined about 5 tables[i think] and all the passerbys were staring at us. and i suppose they saw that the place was all full, and thinking that the food must be reaally good, they all queued up. so there was this long long queue outside the cafe. lol.
and i'm happy to say this: i've solved the riddle of 'sheep 1 and sheep 2' before 2004 draws to a close. yay! but not totally my effort of course. rachel told me who one of the sheep was. and i figured the other was me. so there. all solved... hmph. which just means the story was not valid...'cos we're still alive. not eaten by wolves. lol.

cca orientation today! ahaha. so fun. :) canon in d!!! eine kleine nachtmusik was nice too :) heehee. oh guess what we discovered! during busking right, if you walk and play at the same time, people tend to give you weird stares. but if you just hold your violin and stand in one place, people would approach you and ask about strings. cool isn't it. oh man. so many people signed up for strings! yay. strings rocks. :) but oh gosh i'm so tired. lol. reached school at 7 am. not used to waking up so early in the morning. sighs. i really don't know how i'm going to drag myself to school next year. oh anyway. today was so funny! i was supposed to go get a cloth from the cello room to cover the tables at our booth. so i went there. the room was like soooo messy. boxes of costumes everywhere. cellos lined up. oh yeah. sylvia the bear is gone.so are the peacock feathers. anyway. almost tripping over boxes, i finally found a skirt that i supposed would be able to cover all three tables. i took that one because it was GREEN! like the strings scarf. :) haha. everyone was laughing when i announced that i hadn't managed to find a cloth and had brought a skirt instead. well luckily. it could cover the tables. :) so fun! hmmm wonder if i'll get a sec one for standpartner next year. or i might still be marg's standpartner. whichever. don't think i'll get a senior. oh yes. zhiying named my violin 'vapit'. [decided by some stroke of luck..the pick-a-vowel-and-a-consonant kind of thing] and well...i think i quite like the name now. it's unique. thanks zhiying :) denise's violin is called 'vodka'! zhiying's cello is called 'chella', dawn's is 'chellie' and wanqin's is 'winternie'[i think]. something like that. cute. haha. yesterday denise and i were bouncing chella's head around. actually it was just a little balloon filled with water but denise called it chella's head. so well. poor decapitated chella. sorry zhiying, i'm being morbid again :) lol.yesterday was fun too. making peanuts, sorting scores. haha. i pity those people who have to clear up at the end of cca orientation. i helped to set up the booth with the other comm members and first shift people. :) lala. i love holberg and jig. :) elgar too i suppose. marg, you would be very happy to know this. BUT. i only like the first two movements. too bad. haha. saw huiyi with her cute little ringers' choker, and kellie in her guides uniform. haha. i almost joined guides this year.
i'll really miss the other one-twelvers'o4. can't believe we're really splitting up. after we got to know each other, and then we're splitting again. hmm so i'll be in 212 next year. the four 112'04 stringers will be split up. but we'll always remain as the 112'o4 stringers. not 112, but 112'04. gah. so we're leaving the nice cosy j-block[ aka jb] to move to the crummy e-block next year. our lockers are outside the classroom. we'll all be crowding the corridors before chinese compo lesson....taking our dictionaries out of the lockers and stuff. ah well. should i hang a soft toy keychain on my locker door? how's it like to be sec 2 i wonder... i kind of enjoy being a junior. it's fun. but then, we'll be juniors to the sec 3s and 4s. :) yay. we'll get mortals next year. :) in 2 days time actually. just want to say something to the people of 112'04. you all rock! [despite our little clashes.] :) miss you all . we're having class lunch tomorrow. last day as 112. oh yeah. i've seen our mortal class. 112. cute people. :) denise and i saw them while we were distributing flyers today. apparently there are a lot of nyps people in 112. don't gloat, rach.

:) went to singapore poly to play for andrea's dad's christmas function. quite fun. :) if only the rest of them could make it... haha. only three of us could make it: andrea[duh], zhixiang and myself. but i suppose the sound was alright...perhaps rather soft though and of course there were the little screw-ups as well... bleagh. sightreading. haha. i like 'away in a manger' :) then had lunch after that... quite christmassy :)
at my grandparents house now... using my auntie's comp. :) yay christmas is like less than 5 hours away. *bounce* can't wait! :)
ok i need to go now. must go home and get ready for midnight mass...then i can sleep in tomorrow morning. :) i'm seriously behaving like a pig. eating and sleeping like crazy.and look at the amount i eat. haha. but i like it. :) hmmm i'll be very fat soon. :( *sniffle*

seriously, i think singaporeans are getting reeeaaally spastic nowadays. take yesterday night for instance, i went to holland v for dinner with my parents. then after that, we went to cold storage to get babycham. but since we didn't see it on the shelf, my mom decided to ask the cashier if babycham was still in stock. guess what the stupid sotong of a cashier said. "ohh baby shampoo? it's over there." gosh. i ran out of the supermarket so that she wouldn't see me laughing hysterically. really, i'd like to see her drink a whole bottle of baby shampoo. LOL.
and then we went to haagen dazs for icecream fondue. yummyyy! :) anyway, when my mom said "hi there!" to the manager, this idiotic little boy mimicked her, calling out "hi there!" all the way to the carpark. at least his dad shut him up. yay. haha. funny yet a little rude.
and the other day, i was at the mrt station when this girl approached me holding a survey sheet.while she was halfway introducing herself, i shook my head, so her whole introduction turned out like this: "hi i'm from ngee ann poly, thank you." spastic.
i was happily recounting that 'ngee ann poly incident' at our christmas party last saturday.lol. i was laughing so hard my couzzies thought i was drunk. haha. heyy i didn't drink that much ok. i was perfectly sober. haha last saturday was super fun. i've opened some of my prezzies already! yay.

something to be hysterical about today: sweet peas!!! or sweet pee. whichever one you choose :). we were playing the christmas medley today and a part of the lyrics was 'sweet pee!'.
i think. or it could have been 'sweet peel'. dunno. haha. i was laughing so much i came in late. i think sandra thought i was going bonkers. lol. haha i luv the sheep 1 and sheep 2 story. haha. maggie and denise should tell it to me every strings practice during the break. hmmm. now i don't really remember much of it though. something about sheep 1 and 2 living on a farm and being eaten up by wolves. :) very cute story...considering the fact that it was made up impromptu. haha.

heehee had strings today. :) so fun. :) we were driving sandra crazy with the way we were playing... haha poor thing, being the only sec 3 around to handle our messy playing. lol. viv looks like kogepan!!! haha. sorry i think i'm going to be hysterical soon. :) i kinda agree with rach. every strings practice, i'm always having something to be hysterical about. :) like last tuesday, the seniors were having fun insulting margaret.
wheeeeeee. :) somehow, playing holberg causes all the memories of stringon to flood back. :) at least we weren't playing elgar today. *looks at maggie*. only the first movement is nice. :) the rest is ...well.... so anyway strings was very fun for this week.:) hmm so hcjc and rjc are having a concert tonight. the other three 112 stringers will be attending some sort of concert tonight. except me. can't make it. rach is going for a concert at the esplanade. bach!!! haha. maggie and denise are going for the hcjc rjc concert. :) oh wells.
haha then wanqin and i were doing stocktaking in the strings room. oh gosh. the strings room was a total mess. and the scores were all so dusty and yucky. seriously, i really hate dust and other yucky stuff. and zhiying had to freak us out about worms in the scores. gross.thankfully we didn't find any. :) so anyway we had loads of paper cuts on our fingers and legs. bleagh. we have backache too. haha. yes i know we are acting like grannys. but who cares...:p. so okay. the next time we do stocktaking will be in i think 2 months time. we get 1 month of rest. :) woot.
i realised i've been eating lots of junk food recently. :) lala. i'm going to be fat soon. oh and i luv log cakes :) haha. going christmas shopping tomorrow. yay. :)
